Celebrate our marriage in the gorgeous Devon countryside at Upton Barn & Walled Garden
at Upton Farm, Cullompton EX15 1RA.
Parking is available on site, but please note this is limited, and to be picked up by 10 am the following morning.
Wedding Evening Party

Getting there
Upton Barn is located within Cullompton, South Devon, which is about 10 minutes from either Tiverton or Exeter, situated just off the M5. For those coming from afar, it is an hour from Bristol Airport, and 15 minutes drive from Tiverton Parkway train station.

Parking is available on site, but please note this is limited, and to be picked up by 10 am the following morning.

We've had some great times over our 12+ years together! Here's how it all began.

Our First Date
April, 2013After months of speaking to and messaging one-another, our first date was to London Zoo and seeing the sights around Camden. Ben was still in the Army based in Northern Ireland, whilst Emily was studying at the Royal Veterinary College, London.

First Overseas Holiday Together
August, 2013As part of our first summer together, we headed to Paris for some touristy sightseeing.

Ben leaves the Army
Jan, 2023After 15 years in the REME, and graduating from a Master's degree, Ben leaves the Army onto a new and exciting chapter of our lives!
The Proposal
With close to a decade together, Emily had all but lost hope for a proposal any time soon!
In secret, Ben put together a special ring for a holiday to Mexico in 2022, with plans for a surprise proposal without arousing suspicion.
This was sized-up and measured using an old dress ring and many pictures of Em (with her finger), in consultation with the ring specialists. Fortunately, everything came together - including her saying yes!
